What is Student Leadership?

FCA Huddles are student-led in the school system. Student Leadership is a program where we equip and empower students and athletes to be leaders in their communities. A Student Leader is one who lives out and speaks the truth about Christ. The goal of Student Leadership is to see students become great leaders of character and service in all their roles: in the classroom, in their family, with their peers, on their teams, and in FCA Huddles. A way to do that is for Student Leaders to run the FCA Huddles. FCA also offers Spiritual Mentorship for the Student Leaders to have a role model throughout their journey.

Impact of Student Leadership

Students want to be empowered to do a work that matters. FCA's Student Leadership is just that. With a solid support system with Huddles, positive role models with the volunteers, and resources to be trained and equipped, students have a great opportunity to become strong leaders.

Students are influenced by their peers. With empowered Student Leaders, we can see the impact of FCA's mission exponentially grown. We need to see students become leaders for the next generation.

Students are honored for their leadership each year at the Outstanding Christian Leader Award ceremony.
